小白的話：
        有個小建議，各位可以把這些東西印下來。什麼時候看最好呢，有兩個場合。
       第一，上大號的時候，如果拉不出來，可以拿時事單字起來看，你越背越

不會，越想說要用力背下來，自然而然就拉出來了，助您身體舒爽、排便順暢。


第二，睡不著的時候，如果翻來覆去不得其門入夢鄉，那很好，拿起時


事單字來看，包準你不用三秒馬上睡著，行家保證，童叟無欺，騙你們的話，小白就不姓小，也不叫白。


        所以，背背時事單字，不僅英文實力增進，也可以有利便安眠之效，一舉三得也。
