1998年，當時才22歲的王力宏已經推出第五張專輯「公轉自轉」，裡頭收錄了這一首「愛你等於愛自己」，這首歌是我很喜歡的一首歌。
旋律輕快，歌詞簡單易懂，朗朗上口，一聽就給人好印象，濃情蜜意化做最單純的音符與文字，是最棒的意境了。
愛一個人，其實就是在愛自己，因為到了最後，兩個人不再是兩個分離的個體，而是緊密成一個整體，再也不可分開。
只是，把那人挑選出來、找出來，談何容易呢？
找到的人，請珍惜，好好愛他(她)，愛他(她)就是愛自己。
