2004年12月，王力宏推出了《心中的日月》專輯，首波主打歌就是這一首「心中的日月」。
歌詞裡的格桑花、山谷、流浪、飄泊、腳下的泥、傳說、人間天堂等字眼，很美地呈現了一個與世無爭的脫俗仙境，藏在裡頭的一些關鍵字也悄悄地指出了這個地方之所在：
西藏的「香格里拉」，其意思就是「心中的日月」。
香格里拉是想像中的人間天堂，到底在哪裡沒有人知道，但其實這也不是那麼重要，因為只要心中有愛與希望，到處都可以是香格里拉。
歌詞簡單，卻有種真摯卻灑脫的美感在字裡行間奔騰，我試著去解讀它：
「遠從家鄉流浪千里，被一股力量牽引著、推送著，一路走到這高山上的世外桃源，在無人空谷裡找到了這尋盼以久的花香，萬分留戀，不忍離去。
但這花兒畢竟是聖潔之物，怎能輕易摘採取走，故親吻了獨一無二的芬芳，交換了百轉千迴之後才得以相視的眼眸，已經足夠。
既尋著人間天堂，見到午夜夢迴中的花兒，那麼就瀟灑地前行吧！
頭上的這一片湛藍天空無形地連結著我們的心，而小小心房裡，將會收藏著永遠溫暖如昔的日月光芒。」
閉上雙眼，深呼吸一口氣，恩，實在是很美的故事與畫面阿。
對了，來聊聊「格桑花」，其實它也大有來歷。
格桑花是淡黃色細嫩的小花，生長在海拔5000公尺以上的青藏高原地帶，喜歡陽光的照耀又能抵禦狂暴的風雪。
它是西藏首府拉薩的市花，當地人相傳是由格桑活佛所變成的，代表著幸福與吉祥。
由此看來，歌詞裡的「你愛抬頭擁抱陽光」是有所本的呢。
過了四年多了，這首歌聽起來跟當初還是給我一樣的感覺，很舒服很純淨，充滿陽光與花香的一首歌。
